Insane
- 00:23:902 - There is additional inherited point, but it affects nothing because it is exactly the same volume as previous part, just the SV is different (but there are no notes or sliders, so why should be SV changed). Only thing this does is ruining experience for taiko players (it changes the speed of notes coming in) - Not saying you should care about it, but I am just saying only thing this affected and you might see it is negative nonetheless.
- 00:29:196 (1) - I think there shouldn't be a NC because you didn't use it on 00:23:549 (2) - previously. There are two sensible solutions: Remove the NC on 00:29:196 (1) - and keep it as it is. Or make it consistent and put NC on 00:23:549 (2) - , remove it from 00:23:196 (1) - and put it on 00:23:019 (5) - . That's because you used NC on guitar on 00:28:843 (1,2) - , but on 00:23:019 (5,6,1) - you ignored it, while on all these notes is the quitar. Some reasonability would be great here.
- 01:06:255 (1,5) - I would swap the new combo here, because there is really emphasized sound on 01:06:960 - also the same as on 01:01:313 - but being in a middle of the combo makes it quite less-important than previously, what is quite insensible.
- 01:34:666 (1,2) - Logically, this NC should be swapped, because there are the same sounds on last three notes, but the first one is different.
- There is 0.1SV and 40 objects difference between Milan-'s difficulty. That makes the spread a bit off, because there is no other settings difference. You might say these are just 2 insanes and they are supposed to be the same difficulty, but SV, patterns and objects say something else, so the best you can do is increasing the settings at least by a little. I recommend around HP 7.5 (there are many objects to regain the HP quickly), around OD 7.5 (because it is almost impossible to be inaccurate on a note now, it's like free SS) and AR 8.7 (9 is too high, 8.5 is same as previous diff, but 8.7 reads pretty well considering all the patterns and mapping style). Also this is completely something out and you don't have to take this in a consideration, but this map plays pretty well with CS 4.5 because of how well it is currently built, but that's just my opinion, I am not fan of very small CS, but I am just saying a bit smaller it very nice to play there - main reason for mentioning this is that there are mappers who consider different CS from 4 a taboo, but this is a proof that others can also be good.
- 01:35:107 - I don't see a good reason for inherited point. It just swaps sampleset, removing it and then clicking on note and choosing Sampleset: Normal from left side of the editor would avoid unneeded inherited sections.
Hard
- 00:23:902 - I already explained on Insane, the point is not supposed to stay there.
- 00:20:372 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - Considering this is a Hard difficulty and the AR, this pattern is then the hardest pattern you used in all difficulties. Milan-'s difficulty - Very similar pattern, but everything is clearly visible, your Insane - jumps, but player can easily notice which circle is where. This is not really a cool idea for a hard diff and especially not for this AR. Remake it so everything is clearly visible where it starts and ends like a whole rest of your difficulty. People who play Hard are not that much skilled to make this pattern without a problem. Then think what could happen if he used hidden, he would obviously have a higher chance to perform better on insanes.
- 01:35:107 (1) - Same thing about inherited point as insane.
Normal
- 00:59:196 (1) - Seems like only thing really bothering me. You are giving a newbie very little time to notice there is an object after a spinner. Newbies are firstly not able to spin that quickly and when this spinner is quite short but also the gap between next object is, then this makes it completely a killer for newbies and most of them won't be able to play this part and that will result in a miss on the spinner, because they will tend to play the slider as quickly as possible, but they most likely will leave the spinner unfinished in this amount of stress. There are many ways to avoid the spinner, you might just hitsound drums or make similar pattern to easy difficulty.
Easy
- 00:07:843 (3) - This rhythm is not the best for newbies. Give them more time and put it on more audiable note. The best is using white ticks, because red are inconsistent, which causes a lot of confusion. This is probably the easiest way to keep it sensible, yet playable for newbies.
- 00:14:019 (4) - Slider starts on not very definite sound, similar as above, but mainly there is a repeat on a sound which is easy to click, because it is quite obvious place on 00:14:549 - . You might tell me the above, that I just said red ticks are not good for usage on lower diffs because they are not definite, but actually the rhythm scheme changes so red tick works like white like for 1/2 of the song. This could be a little bit more correct.
- 00:57:431 (1) - End this slider on 00:57:784 - so the rhythm is a bit more simplifed and so the time between these sliders is bigger. Sound on 00:57:960 - is very quiet, while 00:57:784 - is very audiable, so playing this one is much better for starting players, because it gives more constant feedback.
Conclusion: Rankable
Quite a nice map, you shouldn't give this up, I liked everything from Hard and above, but I think easier diffs could be a bit more easy, or eventually there could be one more difficulty easier than easy to fill the spread. Actually choosing this as a first map to play could end up in a disaster because of variable rhythms, and there are many ways to avoid them, but that would need chaning all diffs so the spread is still okay or making additional difficulty. It should be rankable, but you might consider easier rhythms next time for such songs. Apart from this, I need to wish you a good luck and as a proof, have my star~! :3
Also adding a video might be cool, if you would need a help with it (because I have it, but I would need to convert it), just call me in-game
Second,
- About Insane and Hard NCs, I remove notes 00:23:559 - and 00:29:206 - , so I check NCs again, no problem now
- I add NC here 01:05:559 (1) - and 01:06:970 (1) - , remove NC here 01:06:265 (3) -
- From Hard two big things, I want to try. That's my new thought, here 00:07:147 (3,4,5,1,2,3,1,2,3) - I ask many people to to check it, It's fine to play; 00:20:382 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - This pattern is learn form DNA's Hard GD map, I really want to use it once, so I don't want to change it
- Normal diff 00:59:206 (1) - spinner I change a long slider to make same as Easy
- Easy diff 00:14:029 (4) - I don't want to change this, I think it's fine, if it have any problem, maybe I will let BN check; 00:57:441 (1) - I try to let this slider to be 1/1, sound very strange, I will keep 2/1 to follow vocal
- About Difficulty set, I change Milian-'s and my Insane (AR and OD, CS is fine no change)
Let me think about many things I missed
And next step, I will try to resolve video problem
