Osu when using Fullscreen forces the monitor to change its resolution
And this doesnt' revert back to original settings properly.
Put yourself in fullscreen mode at maximum resolution.
Then use lowest fullscreeen resolution
then turn off Fullscreen.
Normally, Your monitor should return to your original resolution, then create a window of the lowest resolution.
But instead the monitor stays at the lowest resolution and creates a "borderless" window instead.
If you mess around with it more there's a lot more other ways to get the same/similar effect.
Also, After i messed around some more, i ended up with 1920x1080 (Custom) with my cursor locked to an 800x600 window on the top left corner.
