  1. Why not adding some different combo colours? Actually you have the default ones, and we're not used to see maps with that case. Consider changing them and adding colours which fit with the BG.
  2. Add 黒木 メイサ at Romanised Artist, also maybe I consider necessary adding Satsuki Shimabukuro and 島袋 さつき to tags since it's the artist's real name.
  3. Please, remove Ao No Exorcist from tags, it's already in Source. You can add 青のエクソシスト instead.
  4. Remove the second "exorcist" you added from tags, it's not necessary adding the same word twice.
  5. I've read what you think about adding Insane, but at least you should try adding one. :P You can also ask someone to make it!
  6. 00:00:195 - I suggest to NOT start mapping here. It's only one note, doesn't fit really well imo, you can dispense with it. :( Make all diffs start here 00:07:695 - instead.
  7. Little suggestion: I prefer if you start kiai at 00:37:460 because it's the beginning of chorus. Rhythm doesn't change so much so you don't have any reason for start kiai where it is now. :)

  1. 00:50:820 (3) - Why not clap sound here? You've been adding claps all the time. (Check this in all diffs)
  2. Anyway, I think you are abusing of claps. I'd add them only each two white lines. (Please, consider doing this in all diffs)

Um,, personally i dislike how your hitsounding on first kiai time, is just feels out of place and too loud.. i'd just make it soft like other parts or atleast reducing the volume of the section.

00:11:445 (1) - Personally i feel weird to see red node slider here, i'd just use straight or simple curve instead
00:18:945 (1) - I'd make this slider kind of symmetrical with previous slider, would create more sense imo
00:19:648 (3) - Ctrl J for neater flow ?
00:21:991 (8) - Drum clap would fit perfectly on this stream..
00:22:695 (1) - Missing finish
00:34:648 (3,4) - Very minor stuffs, seems they're not perfectly stacked >_>

The BG's aspect isn't 16:9 neither 4:3, so it looks Unrankble. So try to use this, it's 16:9 format.

Inconsistence Widescreen Support, delete this check because there is no SB.
Delete letterbox? if it's intensional,it's no problem.
There are 7 combo colors but I suppose it looks too many because this song is TV version. And looks like similar color, so delete some of them better.
Overall, NC pattern is a bit odd for me. Put NCs to follow the music or vocal better.

I just suppose OD1 is too low, maybe OD2 better for diff spreading.

00:48:476(1) Liner slider isn't good flow for newbie I suppose, it is a bit difficult for the easiest diff. So more seamless flow, maybe like this?

- 01:17:070 (1) - This blanket could be improved [01:16:718].
- 01:17:070 (1,1,2) - These notes aren't quite inline. If having them offset was the intention, then try and make the incline more distinct.

-i personally think the hit sounds are too quiet except during the chorus which is confusing for me.
-too much kiai time in my opinion! its for over half the song! if u got rid of some kiai time starting from 00:52:695 - ending at 01:07:711 - i think that would be fine ? too much kiai time might prevent this map from being ranked i think.

Easy:
00:41:679 (2) - this might confuse a newbie who isnt all that good at osu yet, it messed me up a bit ha :P this isnt a big deal though. thats all i could find

00:36:991 - i feel like there could be something here like a short slider

Combo colors 2 and 4 look almost the same... maybe remove one or change the color? Not a massive deal.

Since the background image stretches across the entire screen, i think it would be appropriate if you check Widescreen Support in all of your difficulties.
Another thing, i check your BG image file, and it seems like a weird resoulution. 1097x768? Might want to look into that, for a 4:3 aspect ratio i think it 1024x768, but i'm just being picky.

00:00:195 (1) - Is this supposed to be there? I assume it is because I'm sure the other mods would mention it, but it seems odd that just a single note is there, and then nothing else until the song starts. You could always just remove it and make sure "Countdown" is unchecked?

00:13:554 (5) - If you do that above, then this note would need moving too., and perhaps this one 00:13:788 (6)

  2. 00:52:460 - Why is there a green point here that makes the hitsound abnormally quiet? This is part of the music too, nothing suggests such a major volume decrease, so I suggest getting rid of it and making the volume here normal.
[Easy]
  1. 00:11:913 (2,1) - Not a fan of this overlap, beginners could have trouble reading this, so I suggest finding another way to do this without overlapping. Overlaps like this are also unsightly for the short period where both are on screen, so I'd advice against it.
  2. 00:37:695 (1,2,3) - The thing I don't like about this rhythm is that an important downbeat is getting skipped, meaning that it sounds unfaithful to the music and random. I have a better rhythm you can use, which goes with the music a bit better:
  3. 01:00:195 (1,2,1) - This 90° flow plays very bland, I would try some more interesting angles and curves, because right now; it is pretty boring.
  4. 01:17:070 (3) - Why is there a whistle on the start of this slider as well? It is just inconsistent, because nothing in the music is really asking for it, so the whistle feels out of place and unneeded. I'd remove it.

  3. 01:20:820 (1,2,1) - Not too fond of the 90° flow, seems a bit boring and jagged to play. I suggest you make things more interesting by adding a larger variety of angles in this last pattern.

  1. 00:15:195 (1,2,3) - This straight, horizontal line is a bit of a boring flow, wouldn't it look more interesting if you made something like a triangle instead, because straightforward lines lines can bore players,
  2. 00:21:991 (9,1) - Poor spacing here, I suggest moving (1) to it's appropriate place on 1.2x distance snap. Otherwise the pattern with the repeat will look odd, inconsistent, and cramped. Although this seems minor, players will notice this, and when they do it's not going to look nice.
  3. 00:30:663 (3,4) - I don't like how this is directly stacked, it seems like you did this just so the slider doesn't go up to the top of the screen. Either way, I suggest you find another way round it, because stacks like these look cramped imo, and would look a lot nicer if it was an overlap at the correct distance spacing.

Overall, I found this mapset to be pretty solid in all aspects, despite having various flow issues that I pointed out. This map has a lot of potential ^^

  3. 00:52:695 - Why there are no loud claps anymore? Also why you changed to soft hitsounds? This part of the song is still "loud", so you should use normal hitsounds there imo.

Since the background image stretches across the entire screen, i think it would be appropriate if you check Widescreen Support in all of your difficulties.
Another thing, i check your BG image file, and it seems like a weird resoulution. 1097x768? Might want to look into that, for a 4:3 aspect ratio i think it 1024x768, but i'm just being picky. Nah, widescreen support is only for storyboards, which I don't have, and I'll resize my BG soon.

00:00:195 (1) - Is this supposed to be there? I assume it is because I'm sure the other mods would mention it, but it seems odd that just a single note is there, and then nothing else until the song starts. You could always just remove it and make sure "Countdown" is unchecked? T_T after 1000 mods saying they hate this, it is time for us to depart. Me & my beloved note :(

00:12:616 (3) - Maybe this circle would look better at X:440 or X:444 Moved.

00:22:695 (1,2) - I think this circle is not exactly centered with 00:25:273 (5), i think the end point of that slider should move down 1 grid space, assuming the grid is on 4 (Most Precise) Done...I think.

  1. Move timing point to 00:07:695 since you don't have any objects before then.
  2. Don't think the title, artist, and source are right. According to http://www.ao-ex.com/tv/music/, the title should be Wired Life (TV size) (copy/paste it into title field) and romanized title would be Wired Life (TV size). Artist should be 黒木メイサ without the space. Source I have no idea at all; the website seems to have 青の祓魔師 a lot but they must also spell "Exorcist" with katakana somewhere.
  3. Your drum-hitclap.wav has a delay, and sounds too similar to the clap sound heard in the music. I recommend you don't use drum sampleset in any difficulty and switch to soft or normal.
  4. Most of your other hitsounds have delays like normal-hitclap, normal-hitfinish, normal-slidertick2, soft-hitfinish. You need to remove delays.
  5. Inconsistency in combo colors. Make sure all combo colors in difficulties are the same.
  6. Add a silent normal sliderslide?
  7. 00:22:695 - Volume is too quiet, increase it to around the other sections of similar volume. Also as I said earlier this timing section should be soft sampleset maybe. Seriously get rid of drum sampleset.
  8. Kiai time choice is weird to me, I feel it should start from 00:52:695 and end at 01:20:820 or 01:22:695. If you don't want to change that, then at least end kiai time at 00:52:695 because there's no reason to not end it on a downbeat.

Open the file in audacity, zoom in to the first 10 ms where you can see where the delay is apparent. Move your cursor to right before the first big wave starts.



Edit -> Select -> Cursor to track end
Edit -> Remove Audio or labels -> Trim audio

Export as wav file and replace your existing one.

Repeat this for all the hitsounds that have delays. I've done this for your normal-hitclap.wav http://puu.sh/gvvPK/df71028c4d.wav as an example; you can figure out the others.

General:
  1. 01:23:163 – Personally, I would have ended the kiai time there because the part where there’s not kiai time is still the chorus.
  2. The gap between the Normal and Hard may be too big since your Hard has triples and difficult patterns while your Normal has a ½ rhythm shortage. (Those fast rhythms) I named a few places where you can place more notes to make the Normal a bit harder and fill that gap better.

Easy:
  1. 00:20:351 (6) – Not really the best placement for flow purposes imo. The three notes look a bit crammed and for an Easy diff it would always be better to space notes out a bit more for better and comfortable flow. So maybe try something like this instead:
  2. 00:26:445 –This is quite an important beat. I suggest placing a circle there.
  3. 00:28:320 (2,1) –Bad overlap. Always try to avoid unnecessary overlaps, especially in easy diffs cause it looks untidy. So try changing the shape of (1) in a way where it won’t touch (2). Just lift the tail or something.
  4. 00:37:695 (1,3) –Not really a nice placement/blanket. The reason for this is because you can see (3) slightly touching (1) which looks “meh”. Remember that tidyness and good structure in a map is also important.
  5. 00:41:913 (2,3,4,5) – I would place these notes like this:
    Better flow imo.
  6. 00:48:476 (4) –Rather a straight slider instead? Would work better.
  7. 01:00:195 (1) –I don’t like the idea that this slider is like going back straight into 00:57:851 (2) -. Bad overlapping again. And I know the reason: Because 00:58:788 (3) – is a repeat slider so you have no other place to put it. My suggestion would be that you just change the rhythm at 00:58:788 (3) – to something like this:
    Then you’ll mix your rhythms up a bit more as well and of course avoid that overlap.
  8. 01:03:476 (2) –I don’t suggest ever placing such sliders in an Easy diff. These kind of sliders is actually meant for Normals. Remember that Easy’s are beginner diffs, so it has to be beginner-friendly and quick and difficult rhythms like 01:03:476 (2,3) - 01:18:476 (1,2) – just won’t suffice. I suggest just changing 01:03:476 (2) – into a circle.
  9. 01:03:945 (3) –NC? The vocals suggest one imo.
  10. 01:05:351 (4,6) –Rather stack. Flow will be better and you’ll also avoid the slight overlapping.
  11. 01:15:195 (1) –You have to place that finish hitsound on the head of this slider since you did it here: 01:00:195 (1) –
  12. 01:17:070 (3) –NC here, then remove NC here: 01:18:476 (1) – and then add NC here again: 01:18:945 (2) –

Normal:
  1. 00:10:976 (2) –Can’t you perhaps try stacking this circle on the tail of 00:08:632 (3) -? Pretty nazi, but I think it will still make a difference and avoid that kind of overlapping, lol. I really like good structure and neat patterns.
  2. 00:13:554 –You can place a note here to emphasize that one vocal.
  3. 00:15:429 -^, or you can change 00:15:195 (1) – into a short slider. The reason why I’m naming this is because I think this diff can be a bit harder to fill the gap between Normal and Hard more.
  4. 00:16:601 (1,1) –Orz, overlapping. Please avoid it by stacking that circle on the head of 00:16:601 (1) –
  5. 00:27:616 –Place a note here or change 00:27:382 (2) – into a short slider.
  6. 00:30:195 (1,2,3,4,1,2) –This rhythm is a bit “meh”. I suggest this one instead:
    The above rhythm catches the vocals better imo.

  11. 00:51:523 (2,1,2,3,4,1) –These patterns look so crammed into each other. Why not space 00:53:632 (3,4,1) – out on the right-side of the grid to avoid overlaps? Like this:
  12. 00:54:570 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) –Wha!! These patterns are so squeezed into one little space. Please try spacing these notes out more and try using the entire grid.

  6. 00:58:320 (1) –I would rather remove NC there and add NC here: 00:58:788 (2) – since the emphasism is on 00:58:788 (2) – imo.
  7. 01:00:195 (1) –I think you have to place a finish on the head of that slider.

My main concern with this mapset is the neatness and overall structure of the diffs. There are too many unnecessary and untidy overlaps imo. Basically the diffs require more polishing. And also try to fill that gap between Hard and Normal more.
