According to this: "KiRa-KiRa Sensation! (TVサイズ)" shouldn't title be like this: "KiRa-KiRa Sensation! (TVsize)", removing the space? Anyways I found sites where it's "size" and not "Size"... I'll check this properly but I hope this stuff is fine.
Not a big problem but kiais are inconsistent and I think the best which fits better is Bakari's one. The other kiai starting here 01:36:725 - doesn't really fit if you ask me.
I think this is an insert song instead of ending/opening, so you might have consider adding "insert song" in tags :3

It's time to DQ this mapset. The bolded parts are the main reason of the DQ, and the rest are just suggestions that can be applied.

[General]
Timing lines are wrong placed. Seriously, it makes no sense that you placed a line at 00:10:265 - . For which purpose? The line at 00:10:572 - is the one that directs the whole mapset. And trust me, there are no metronome resets at all.

The only timing section you need is:
Offset: 5.649ms BPM: 195,00
Also, I'd consult other timing guys as well, since after some tests adding +5ms to that line makes the whole mapset more stable.

[Rain]
There's a general lack of hitsounds and the ones you added are pretty low at some points.

00:25:187 (1,2,3) - Nice jump, horrible flow with the previous note (7). Flip the slider horizontally and place (2) to the left side of (1) to make an appropriate HDash.
00:26:110 (4,5) - In one of those 2 beats you can add a W.
00:26:725 - until 00:27:648 - Pretty silent.
00:28:879 (1,2,3,4) - Louder sounds are recommendable, since they are pretty marked beats.
00:31:956 (2) - To remark better the beats, why don't you separate that slider into a note + slider? The slider can start where your repetition is (00:32:264 - ) and add some dashes between the new (1,2,3).
00:40:110 (1,2) - There's a missing beat in 00:40:572 - due to the long slider. You could transform those notes into sth like this: http://puu.sh/fRsFR/fedadc9990.jpg (notice there's an empty beat there as well, could fit if you add a dash to the next note).

01:07:192 (1) - mmh why 3/2 length? with a HDash also? there's a drum beat at 01:07:500 which you ignore just for this weird pattern. yea better to shorten it to a 1/1 length with a regular pattern so you can keep continue the clap pattern sound here No, it follows the vocal and I hate changing back and forth between music and vocal.
01:15:654 (4) - lol please don't force yourself to make this kind of shape slider. trust me, a straight or a soft-curved one is far better as it affect the movement lightly that matching the long vocal here It looks good in the editor, nothing else matters. I like to make various shapes in the editor which doesn't affect gameplay. You maybe encounter a few of them soon.
01:41:654 (4) - kinda hate this a lot. that droplet after the second slider tick is hueeeee x.x Oh come on, its not hard to fc this with no mod. Just make a normal zigzag movement at the first part then a slight dash to right and again a calm zigzag. You only need to dash once during this slider to SS it. Whenever I make slidershapes I testplay and adjust them until it can be SSable. Well, if this will be a problem during ranking I will change it though I think its totally fine. o.o

since it got DQ'd because the lack of hitsound, maybe ask someone that better at this job. well, as Deif said. /me stares Xinely I don't really want to add more HS as the whistles are already annoying enough. x.x
