Easy and Fortune seems pretty good to go, rest needs more work though. Stack things properly and avoid overlaps!
[General]
Inconsistency in kiai. Some kiai starts and/or ends in different spot. For example, one of the kiai in Easy ends at at 02:26:114 while the same kiai ends at 02:26:803 on Normal. Try finding all the inconsistency and figure out a good spot to end all of them
There are too many unnecessary kiai such as the one at 01:09:562 - 01:19:907. It's not the critical part of the music imo and doesn't feel any need to emphasize the section with kiai. Only use kiai in a very crucial part part of the music. If you use too much kiai, the sections won't feel special and highlighted. I suggest only using kiai on either "Come and get it one more time, if you want to lose your mind" part or the wub part right after, (I would use the wub part because 1. that's what the ranked nightcore one used, 2. you have preview point on it, and 3. That part is the hardest part in the Insanes).
Keep your kiai consistent. If you use it for one part, add it to the same repeating parts. Adding to 02:48:872 part and not putting one at 00:58:527 is bad, for example.
End the last spinner on the same place on every difficulty

Rename it to Fort's Insane/Extra or something else not relating to username.
Add "and" to tags because this map doesn't show up in search when you search for "come and get it" instead of "come & get it", more convenient.

I don't think you should change the distance snap for the entire map. Pick a distance (I suggest 1.0x because they are beginner friendly with distance being the same size as slider, letting you play in same cursor speed the entire map) and stick to it the entire map, unless there's a big space to it enough to fit a break like 03:02:665 (1,2)
Though the 3/2 sliders create unique beat and is fun pressing, avoid using it so often. When you use it, use it in consistent manner.
00:26:114 (1) - Move this closer to center. In Easy/Normal difficulties, try putting the notes after spinner as close to center as possible. They're easier to hit for beginners.
00:30:941 (1) - This would look better being blanketed by 00:29:562 (6) like

03:19:217 (1) - Spinner is way too long. Spinners are hardest part of the map for all beginners, so take caution whenever you use them in early difficulties.

The total spinning time in these consecutive spinners are about 15 seconds, twice the amount guideline suggests. It's as long as one of the spinner in augoEidEs by happy30. Though it doesn't have as much problem as that one because it has multiple spinners, giving small break + HP recovery, it's still tedious.Ranking criteria wrote:
