Pretty sure you need a easy diff that's below 3.5 stars.

Really need hitsounds... current hitsounding is way too random and lacking.. Will suggest that you start experimenting with the basics: clap on 2/4 white line and whistles on the red lines. Try soft hitsounds when following the vocals.

And you really need to follow the rhythm more... Slow the music down to 50% and listen might be a good idea.

[Insane]
00:07:949 (8) - this should start at the previous white line to follow the guitar
00:08:324 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - pretty sure this stream follows nothing. Suggest that you rework this part.
00:10:949 (4) - somewhere around (232,112) for better flow. Current one plays kinda awkward.
00:11:199 (5) - well don't like this slider. To long and the whistle sound it's following isn't even that noticeable
00:12:324 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - well this also doesn't follow the drums, which are mainly on the blue line
00:13:699 (1) - vocal strarts at the previous red line so imo if you are following the vocal later on you'd better follow it here too
00:16:324 (1) - make this curved or move to somewhere around (424,268) for better flow
00:17:574 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5) - here the vocal is clearly repeating the same thing for three times so I guess your can do similar things with the patterns. Current pattern is a bit random

Some maps nowadays have multiple names in Artist, so i suppose it's fine (like https://osu.ppy.sh/s/122658) . If you follow my suggestions, here's the kanji (i hope it's correct) '豊崎 愛生, 茅原 実里, 平野 綾 & 日笠 陽子

    2. Remove 'anime' from Tags, it will be added to Genre. And i still don't know the meaning of breast milk in Tags ._.

    3. Your easiest diff has 4.06 stars, while the rule said that the easiest diff must have star difficulty around 2.5-3 stars, see this https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/Ranking_Criteria#Mapset . You should make your normal easier or make a new Easy diff

    4. It would be better if you spice the map more with hitsounds like http://puu.sh/5LWEj.wav or http://puu.sh/5LWKI.wav, or you can find another hitsound which suit your preference, it's up to you

As you save it, rename it to random ones but shorter than the one stated in the osz file like 012345 or abcdef etc.. If you do not read this, you will end up this beatmap not loaded into osu! just like in this map. OR extract this one manually using 7-zip or WinRar

Also, how breast milk is related here? o.O Is it the name of the anime?
You use more than 3 Slider Velocities and it makes the map unrankable, if you aren't sure that it is true, read it here:

00:15:574 (5,6) - I think making those sliders curvier will flow better and will look much better
00:22:949 (5) - Intead of stacking it on 6 put it between 4 and 6
00:24:324 (4) - CTRL + G flows better in my opinion
00:44:324 (5,6,7) - I am not sure if you're trying to follow the vocal or the rhytm here, it just felt weird to me in a testplay
01:14:324 (5,6,7,8) - This stream doesn't fit at all, there's no vocal and it feels realllly wierd. My suggestion is adding a 1/2 beat slider at 01:14:574
01:53:324 (5,6) - Make better flow here, one of the possible things is this:
02:00:949 (4) - I don't think it fits, I like this part more when this circle is removed
02:56:699 (2,2) - Make both of those 1/2 beat repeated slider, it fits with the drum in the background

I am too lazy to mod NM and EZ QAQ but I tried to give you some advices on the other 2 diffs

[Insane]

  • * 00:08:449 (1,2,3) - I suggest you to make a it a little jumpy there like this

    * 00:07:199 (7) - nc or change the parttern. ... this is kind misleading for me

    * 00:14:699 (2) - no vocal for this note

    * 00:16:324 (1,2,3) - kind of weird..... I suggest you to use 25% playback to check your rythmn. This is what I got
    the lyrics is " ka ka yai te" the first slder correspond to 'ka ka' , the second slider coreespond to "yai", and the third one correspond to "te". make sure your notes always follow your song

    * 00:18:074 (4,5) - i suggest you to change the slider to 3 1/4 notes and remove (5)

    * 00:19:449 (2) - remove this

    * 00:24:949 also missed somthing there

    * 00:43:699 (1,5) - swap nc

    * 00:52:574 misseed some vocal there

    * 00:58:574 (2) - you can remove this note

    * 01:20:199 (6,7) - this jump is kind ridiculus. it may mis lead people hit 01:20:574 (1) - earlier

    well I just found this there's a lot work need to be done if you want this ranked x_x. those jump are too randomly and the whole mapset seems not really clean. Maybe you need to learn more tricks from those ranked maps :3

  • In my mind symmetric in hard is really not a good choice when it isn;t the last diff. I suggest you to kepp "distace snap" open when you placing notes and sliders.
    And one thing is that blanket is not really necessary. Some times it may break the flow. For example, 00:07:824 (3,4,5) - . you dont have to force it to blanket pattern but you can do like this

    Also if it is a hard od should not be 7. It should be reduce 1 or 2

    * 00:50:324 (3,4) - rythmn problem. It should be like this

    * 01:44:824 (4) - change to

    * 02:21:574 (2,3) - maybe you forget blanket


well in honest I think you need more practice ._. You map doesn't have have enough quality to be ranked (sorry I am not going to be too mean :(
