GeneralI hear some faint whistles in the song now and then usually on big white ticks. Examples: 00:59:011 - , 01:07:359 - , 01:14:533 - and it seems to appear at the other kiai times as well. For these consider adding a whistle hitsound. I'd suggest adding more hitsounds overall to be honest.
Go over the map dozens of many times. Looks for ways to make it look nicer. You don't have to remap everything to do that, just look for ways to stack circles on previous sliders. It really makes a big difference.

02:20:403 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - This is very tough. IMO too tough and unreasonable because of the jump back to the center. I was able to do it, but it felt way too awkward and out of place.
03:16:751 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - This stream doesn't match anything in the music. Felt so random.
03:25:099 (1) - From here to the end is the most challenging part. It makes the rest of the map look like an easy diff. Seriously inconsistent. This will make players very angry as most people who can play insanes will reach this part but most will fail this part.
03:34:229 (2) - Move to 03:34:359 - and make it so it only has one reverse to match the music better.
if you do the above suggestion then 03:33:446 (1) - can be longer. Slider can end at 03:34:229 - So it should look like this

01:06:446 (2) - Doesn't fit the music at all.
Overall, this diff is way too much 1/2 and not enough style. Play the map back at 50% speed. Focus on making sure most circles and sliders are there for a purpose to the song. No random reverse sliders and no random streams unless it plays well. Lots of them in this diff just doesn't feel right. Sometimes it works out, but in this case I don't think so.
[Yuno Gasai]The Slider Velocity is very high and feels out of place. Take the suggestions from the last diff as well as lots of it applies here too. Same with the rest of the diffs.

00:30:577 (3) - Try to avoid these circles under the sliders. It's a bit awkward while playing.
03:17:533 (3) - DS makes this entire last section feel like antijumps because the slider velocity is still really high.

00:59:012 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - This just doesn't fit the music that well. It's like you forgot a circle then added a slider thinking the vocals ended. Doesn't make sense. Consider remapping this section. Plus the DS for the circles is quite high for a hard diff. I would make the circles closer to eachother, remove the reverse on the slider and move it so it finishes at the same spot, and add more circles like this:

Not much to say about
Easy or
Normal. I think Easy should have lower slider velocity for sure, but I guess it's okay. They both still suffer from the general problems the rest of the mapset has.
Patterns, stacking, clean up, etc. is what this mapset needs. The flow is good, and it has basic blanketing so it's not horrible or anything. But players generally want something that looks nice while playing or else it will be boring. Put a bit of effort into symmetrical patterns and whatnot.
