00:13:333 (16,17) - I don't really like the idea of having a big don followed by a small don in a Kantan, seems too hard IMO. Just wanted to mention that for this and upcoming pattern. Can you explain why it's too hard? It's a concept the player will need to grasp at the later stages of the game, teaching it to them in a very simple form on the easiest difficulty should be necessary.
00:18:333 (28) - This combo is getting too long, delete this. (I know that it's getting kinda repetitive this way. ;w;) No, this string represents a small build up leading into the finisher and the restart of the melody.
00:22:999 (38,39) - You could use a don for both, pattern gets harder but sounds better. The whole drum fill here is snares, I'll keep using kats to represent them.
00:43:666 (77,78) - Uhh, too hard I'd say. Best solution I found was replacing (78) with a spinner. Again can you explain why this is too hard? Read my first reply in this diff again.
00:49:999 (91,92,93) - Let's keep the Kantan clear from 1/2, hm? Delete (92) and use a don for (91)? No, you need some 1/2 in Kantan or else the player won't learn anything. Giving them just straight 1/1 patterns gives them no rhythmical training, it just becomes: "watch the color of the circles" instead of "I'm playing a rhythm game."

00:15:666 (30) - Delete, this is getting too long. Just some 2/1 breaks would be nice. As much as I'd like to it ruins the rhythm here. The melody is a long nonstop one so some sort of stable structured beat needs to be placed or else there will just be a bunch of random uncomfortable stops really. And honestly putting any breaks would bring it too close to kantan's level imo. Bad for the curve.
00:17:999 (39) - This aswell? I really like the gap it creates before the K D pattern. Read up.
00:20:833 (48,49) - If you changed the two prev. mentionings, you should delete these two notes, they would feel out of place. Read up.

Kiai is just awesome.

00:07:666 (14) - I see why you used the big kat, but a small kat alone would do the same job while also being better to play and sounding neater. I have to disagree, this is something I do often in my maps to create a sort of drop in rhythm. I'd go into to detail but it's not necessary, both sides are subjective.
00:23:499 (49) - A don here fits nice, sounds stronger. Read my reply in kantan on how I plan on keeping these parts kat based on the easier diffs.
00:32:999 (75,76,77) - I still am against mixed triplets in Muzukashii's. :p kkk does the job aswell. This leads back into what I said about the player learning. If they don't learn mixed triplets in simple forms at the early stages, they won't be able to understand them if they jump into Oni and such.
00:37:166 (13) - This sounds out of place, it doesn't fit anything nearby, delete it. I have to disagree here too. First and foremost: GAMEPLAY > SOUND. And this plays pretty nice imo. So if you would like to give me a reason why it plays bad I'm all ears. :p
00:39:833 (26) - If you did above, delete this aswell. Read up.
00:42:499 (14) - ^ Read up.

I personally tend to set 6/7 or 7/6 instead of 7/7, because that seems too harsh for me. It's up to you anyways.

00:09:166 (40,41) - This feels much strong if you use k d here, since it reflects the drums. This was for variation. The constant k d k d gets a bit boring.
00:11:499 (62) - If you change this to don, the stream gets less "random", there is a clear forward movement with the dkdkd d that's created. Pay attention to the structure of the stream, it's not random at all. Notice the first 5 notes are kdddk while the last 5 are dkkkd, then in the middle is the dkkd to tie them both together into a flowing stream. The dkkd makes the player reverse so they have the ability to play the dkkkd while keeping flow, any other way would lead back into kdddk.
00:17:833 (19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27) - ddkkddkkk? Too easy for the highest diff imo, the stream set in place is probably to easy too.
00:35:833 (81,82) - I really dislike what you did here, similar to 00:09:166 (40,41). This feels soooo odd while playing since the drums are so strong in this part. I'd recommend to use k d here and change the upcoming part correspondingly. Read my first reply, it's all for variation and flowing structure changes, and to not be super boring.
00:43:166 (140,141,142) - All don? Giving some nice forward movement into the triplet. I'm not sure how it will do that. If anything the kats leading into the ddk serves more flow because it could almost represent a d k ddk structure. The variation in notes also serves as a great build up.
00:44:999 (153,154) - Just my opinion, but I'd prever the prev. stream prolonged, including this two notes. You'd have to give up on the big's then, however. I would give a nice lead-in into kiai. I would rather represent the overpowering finish hits being displayed in the music here, instead of making up some stream.
00:46:166 (8) - I'd say kat here, since the pitch in the music is the same as 1/2 before. The upcoming stream should be ddkkd or dkkkd then. I'll keep what I have. This would work good though. :p
00:49:499 (36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46) - This is amazing.

00:44:666 (239,240,241,242,243,244,245) - dkkkdkd fits nice here. 00:44:833 (241) - starts to show a bass hit, so that's why I have this as a d. If you were suggesting something like that then 00:44:666 (239) - should be a k.
00:48:999 (276,277,278,279,280) - Maybe use kdddk instead? Increases the contrast to the upcoming pattern. I have this as a kkddk because it keeps the player on k, not to mention (288) has a clap.
00:50:166 (287,288,289,290,291) - kkddk flows much better here. Also the sudden end with kkddd kills tension here. the d at the end is showing the end of that little part and builds into the ddd.
00:52:999 (312,313,314,315,316,317,318) - I don't like the fact that this stream reaches over kiai, moreover it connects two different things, one the one hand the high-pitched sound from non-kiai and on the other the continuos music from kiai. Therefore delete (315) to seperate these two parts. I wanted this to be seperate from the part earlier (00:47:666 (265,266,267,268)), this variety does not hurt. Especially since it's an easy pattern for Oni players.
00:55:499 (332,333,334,335,336) - kkddk? Stronger transition to the finishing-pattern. This is all claps, there would be no point in adding a dd inside of it.

Background is 1024x768. Well that's fine I guess, but if possible 1366x768 should be used cause this bg is getting cropped (on 4:3 resolution it's getting cropped twice, first to fit 16:9 and then afterwards cropping left and right to fit 4:3). See if you can find an alternative, if not, I guess it's not that major, but would be a nice change. I've looked before for a better BG because I absolutely hate this one but I had no luck so I took Maddy's BG. If you have anything you think will fit better please share.

00:51:499 (299) - This note is the culprit of inconsistency and bad intuitiveness! I would really suggest to make this a d. I feel like dkd d ddk is much more intuitive (at least to me), but if you are concerned about the lack of kats in the area, you can consider kdk instead of ddk, but both feel fine to me. (the reason I don't feel dkd k fits here is that you didn't use it anywhere, all dkd were accompanied by a d afterwards)

00:25:499 - Add a don here? Just to complete the melody. The rhythm is easier to hit as well since the time between the notes stays the same. I'm not sure, placing the don here makes it feel too don heavy for how calm the music is. Maybe a k will work?

00:28:333 (61) - Move this to 00:28:165? There is nothing where you have it placed currently and feels kinda off. Silly me, must have missed this.

00:43:166 (18,19) - Since you focused on the melody so much, why not reverse these into k d? The pattern is more intuitive to hit as well (if you ask me). This has changed now, the triplet was supposed to be ddk not kkk, I'm not sure why it changed. 18 and 19 are both kats now, check it out and tell me what you think.

00:48:666 (18,19,20,21) - Hm I actually had problems with this rhythm here, because I was expecting a kat on 00:48:999. I do have an alternative in mind and that is to move the note 00:49:333 (21) to 00:49:165. This also makes the upcoming kat triples easier to hit because you had a rest just before hitting the first triple.
Another thing is, there is a pretty big highlight of the melody located on 00:49:165 and I would love to see it mapped. Having both mapped is too hard though, so I think moving is a better choice, cause I find that note more important than the start of the pewpewppewpewpewppew at 00:49:332 cause it flows into that section better. I have to disagree. I think making sure the kat part starts off where it is now for better music representation. I'll just change the dkd into ddk, I only did it for variation really. I'm not sure if I understood you correctly though because what you suggested flows worse than the dkd. Maybe just show me a picture or something and I'll understand.

00:54:499 - If you apply the above suggestion I would suggest to map a kat here as well, to keep consistency. This time, you don't have to worry about it being too hard because the upcoming pattern is much more simple and quite short in comparison.

I can't play this diff that well so I can't really give much gameplay feedback, so I only looked for things that I think could maybe work better if mapped differently.
00:45:333 (1,2,3) - Consider kdd here? I don't feel kkd is a good start because I feel that sometimes kkd doesn't have a good emphasis on the beginning of the pattern (depends on which tick is mapped I guess). Because you just had 2 finishers before this, kkd doesn't really strike me as a beginning of the section, and kdd does. Up to you really. Maybe I am talking nonsense too, but just take a look how it works haha. (00:50:666 (1,2,3) - is fine though, because there are no finishers to make you think the rhythm feels different, but kdd still works if you ask me) From a gameplay standpoint both patterns work the same way because of the start and end, so all that is left in it is interpretation of the music. I'll add the kdd though, nice variation. The map does get kkd heavy at times anyways.

So yeah, nothing really major. Call me back once you guys check this out.
