how to design and make your chart special?

how do i use "Design" ?

i have noticed that theres a design on editing and have no clue how i use it. i have been playing a lot of tracks make by others, some of them have different patterns like jubeat or the circles can shine those kind of things,any tips on importing them?

Most of the storyboards you talked about in your post are done through scripting, so there is not much interest in the design tab.
If you are still interested in learning about the design tab, look here: p/67660
If you want to try following the cool storyboards you cited, you should start t/1869 and then look at the code inside a map with a nice storyboard. From there, it will be up to you to learn and develop your storyboard.
