I guess you broke timing signature changes while fiddling with that uninheritance checkbox, so certain inherited offsets reset timing signatures. There are two way to fix this:

Remove the inherited offset (optionally, add it again if it matters), or
Make it uninherited, change timing signature from 4/4 to 3/4 and make it inherited again.

Well, I said that I'd check this, but my editor decides to crash/freeze every 20 or so seconds. ...eh.

Also , on 02:10:933(3)-'s repeat there's no reason to put clap there since I don't hear a clap in that piano rhythm so I recommend to remove it and then add on repeat drum sampleset to fit much better the piano sound and place the drum sampleset on slider's tail too because it sounds noisy with auto addition sampleset there
02:22:558()- Here you ignore that part which at other parts similar with this part you added a note so I suggest to add a note here to not let this part empty

02:12:808(2)- Here there's still piano sound and the auto sampleset sounds noisy for this piano part.I recommend to use drum sampleset on slider's tail to emphasize the piano more better and to remove the noisy sound which doesn't fit good the piano
02:16:745(4)- This 1/2 slider with a repeat sounds really weird to me and really doesn't catch the vocal perfectly.I suggest to remove the repeat from this 1/2 slider.Also,I see you ignore the important beats from 02:17:308()- and from 02:17:683()- those beats are important in my opinion because there's still audible vocal so at those points I recommend to add a note to emphasize the important beats removing the 02:16:745 and fixing comboing doesn't look weird anymore
Looks good but needs some work on NCs I guess you'll get what I'm trying to say about comboing. It's a different way to combo a beatmap that fits with the style of the beatmap itself.

mm what keeps you from extending 02:51:058 (3,1) - and the likes to 1/6 actually then? that's not harder to play and a snap that's in the song lol
00:55:558 (2) - no idea i think vocal ending is pretty amibugous
00:57:058 (2) - vocal reasoning doesnt even apply to these since the vocal is continuing past the sound which is why i suggested making all of them 1/3 ending in the first place
03:15:058 - the way piano is going suggests that this one should be clickable instead of 03:14:933 - , the way i worded the suggestion for 03:13:933 (1,1) - took that into account
01:41:183 (2) - is wrongly snapped
your reasoning for denying making rhythm for 01:27:433 - more consistent in itself is kinda weird as the sounds that snap snap to 1/4 rhythms and you throw a lot of 1/3 ends over and next to them, i think it would sound actually better if you don't mix 1/4 and 1/3 sliderends
01:50:870 (4) - i think you should delete this, rhythm seems more clear with out this being there as the sound it is mapped to isnt even clear

02:54:808 - in comparison to the the entire rest of the map this section handles 1/3 like 1/2 while the rest of the diff does not, consider using more constant spacing for them like 01:54:433 - this part did, just bigger or something to not completely go against the concept of your map :s (as in the structure of this part is way more loose than the entire rest of it which uses distinct patterns only)
02:11:120 (3,3) - also i don't think these sliders should be sliders, the entire rest is circles lol
(on a different note 02:58:558 (1,2,3,1) - is pretty hard for comprehending what rhythm you're really using)
