Both the idea of seeing who is mutual and who has added you. In general, I'd like the current friend page to just be overhauled and redesigned with more functionality and perhaps some eye candy, a blob of links is somewhat bland...

I think appending the ID with + in front may look messy (imo) when the list is as huge as the OP's. What about just bold the mutual ID instead?
