ive been playing rhythm games for a while and ive never thought about playing more than 4 or 5 keys until i started playing osu mania more. i made the made mistake of only playing 4k i thought it would be easy to transition to 7k but now i feel really stuck. anything more than 1.7* is not passable and i feel like giving up because i hate the feeling of starting from square one with slower improvement. can someone give me some extremely easy 7k maps so i dont stick to 4k forever?

Consider 7k as a different game but with longer learning process due to more key combination than 4k.

thanks for the advice and yeah, 7k is really hard and its kinda frustrating having to relearn everything
Yes, you really need to throw out any idea of how quickly you should learn things in 7k. The more keys you have, the longer you must spend learning the absolute basics. At under 2 stars, you're still at the point where hitting single notes correctly is difficult. Just keep playing. If you want to improve in 7k, my advice would be to play it more often.
If you don't play 7k often enough at your skill level, you end up losing all the skill you built up in a play session. Consistant practice at this skill level is extremely important.
