Equalizing SV for Timing Points in osu!mania

I use an external program to equalize SV for different Timing Points in songs that have tons of them (Song in this case is T&J by Cranky, found on the Featured Artists tab) .. The program I used to do this seems to not work with mania (it does add the Inherited Points and the SVs as needed but the SV isn't equal like it's supposed to be)

Could someone explain this to me and tell me how to fix it.. I'm bad at mapping mania

i assume you're looking for a normalizing SVs right? just do
base bpm : current BPM = N

The base bpm is usually shown within the bracket on the song selection (ex: BPM: 145 - 160 (155))

so with this example: 155 : 160 = value of the SV you needed
