Problem details: osu! stops launching (crashes) after reopening.

osu! version: Stable 20191023.4 (latest)
Well, the title says it all. osu! refuses to start crashing on bootup after closing it up. It returns to launch again after rebooting the computer (logging out doesn't do anything.)
DXDIAG DUMP
My environment & system specs:
Windows 10 Pro 1903 (18362.356) 64 Bit
CPU: Ryzen 5 2400G
GPU: AMD RX 460 4GB (set to osu!)
GPU2: AMG RX Vega 11
RAM: 16GB DDR4 2400MHz
I ran into this problem before I had the RX 460, so I guess it's not a multi-gpu problem.
