So, when I started to setup my song, i couldn't change the difficulty selections, because there is no bar to choose from. How can I fix it? (i'm new to osu!edit okay)

if you're talking about difficulty settings, you change those from song setup (hotkey: F4) in the "Difficulty" tab
if you want to go between different difficulties on a mapset, use the File>Open Difficulty option (hotkey: ctrl+shift+o)
