Hey there fellow circle smashers,

My current PC is 6 years old, it is a prebuilt of which costed £800 (GPB).
Here are the specs:

Operating System / Windows 10
CPU / Intel Core i5 3330 @ 3.00GHz
Ram / 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz
Motherboard / Advent DT2410 (SOCKET 0)
GPU / VS278 (1920x1080@60Hz)
2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6670 (MSI)
Storage / 1863GB

I can play Osu with no trouble, sometimes my screen will freeze for a second and I'll die but that isn't often, I can't stream Osu which I really want to do but can't due to frame drop, input delay, etc..

I want to buy a new PC which I can both play Osu and stream Osu on smoothly with good quality, what would be a good PC to buy for this?
I am leaning towards building my own PC but have never done it, so I don't know all the parts required and worry that I'll mess it up..
I'm on a budget since I'd like to upgrade my 60hz monitor up to 144hz.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to responses :3

Bring this topic to a forum of streamers OR computer geeks. The majority of people here has no clue about the requirements for streaming.
In any case, you should check your internet connection first because if that isn't powerful enough, you won't get anywhere even with the best PC.

id double up on memory, get a much more powerful CPU, and modernize the graphics card a bit. And doing all of that may or may not require you to upgrade your mobo and psu.

but like the guy above me said:

1. wrong forums
2. your internet is a much more important factor here
