All difficulties:
When you place sample or volume changing timing sections DIRECTLY on notes, it could be you get the wrong sample when you click too early. I know, it can and will be a lot of work to change the timing sections here, but... maybe if you want to make your map perfect :B

Ok, well...sorry about this, but you need to add 1 ms to Easy. That's it.

Everything else is...adequate.
