No, copy pasting entire sections is no good.
It can be fine to copy paste single patterns (and move / rotate them as fit) and it is absolutely fine to copy the rhythm/hitsounds and change the visuals but obvious copy pasting with no adjustments at all is definitely detrimental to the playing experience and will never be deemed acceptable for the sake of ranking.
