Help me find a skin

Hey everyone!

I've just formated my PC and forgot to do the backup of my skin. So now I'm trying to find it again since I don't remember it's name. All I have is the pictures of the in-game pause menu(first image) and the failure menu(second image).


I would be realy grateful if someone could help me find it :)

The first image is a fail image considering it doesn't have a continue button and it is showing "Press F1 to view replay" on the upper left.

The link below does match the first image, but not the second one. Check it just in case.

I've actually inverted the description of the images(already corrected it) and about the link you have mentioned I already checked it while doing the research on my own but unfortunately it isn't the one I'm looking for :(
