If you are requesting for someone to make a beatmap for this song, or just any song in general, you should go ahead and try giving that a shot yourself. https://osu.ppy.sh/help/wiki/Beatmapping

Creating beatmaps takes quite a bit of time and effort and for those reasons, requests on the forums are not a thing.
