Osu! Skins Not Working (help)

I just downloaded a new skin and made a folder in the skins folder, putting the skin inside it, now I cut and pasted the skin into that folder and run osu! I changed my skin from the default and the skin isnt't working. Help please D:, I've poured hours on trying to fix the problem, browsing on forums; watching tutorials; etc..

Is this Skin .osk file? Just doublecklick it for install the skin (automatic)

It just takes me to open with :/. I think it has something to do with my admin permissions cause I'm not using the admin account of the computer.

Have you try .osk file drag to the osu window?

When you're at Open With, just find the osu!.exe and select it. That should help.
