Can I download this PC version onto ipad?

I love this game and I love the variety of music online. I've also bought the ipad app version, but I don't like the songs, I don't know the songs, and I don't enjoy it as much.
I'm a newbie when it comes to apple products and ipads and such. I wonder if I can download the game through the Safari browser and play it like I would on the computer and able to download all the songs from this website, but on the ipad?

Why of course you can, ARM is practically identical to x86 and iOS has all the required frameworks and APIs like .NET and DirectX.
