What if you're playing a beatmap offline, but the scores can still get uploaded to global?
How this could work is that osu could add an option to manually submit your own scores, the option could be at the local scores tab and when you click on one of your scores, there's an option to manually submit your scores, this could also be helpful if your highscore on one of your beatmap gives you lower PP than the score before.
