OD +1 ? We usually use OD 5 ~ 6 for oni diffs. But it's your choice ~

00:16:005 ( 2 ) - You may consider using a series of decreasing timing points to avoid sudden slowdown. Currently it's OK, but I think a gradual slowdown works even better :3
00:59:757 ( 2 ) - ^, but this time the note is stacking with the previous one. I suggest you using slowdown from here to 01:00:255

01:34:229 ( 1 ) - Maybe add a green line to end the kiai here ? No effects on gameplay, but it makes the editor look better ~

Suggestions only. Change them only if you want to ~

00:16:337 ( 1,1,1 ) - oo o ? ( Consider that 1st & 2nd notes have similar pitch, while the 2nd note has a lower pitch than 3rd one, so d -> k fits better )
00:18:988 ( 3,1,2,1 ) - Delete 2 and change to oo o ( dd k -> Same reason as above. Delete 2 because there's no music supporting a note )

00:22:634 ( 1,1 ) - Delete 2nd note, and change the first note to red ? ( Although the vocal does go down here, it not that strong enough to fit a 1/2 here. Putting k here is just over-emphasizing this part. Maybe slightly showing the existence by adding a d ? )

00:25:286 ( 3,4,1~3,1 ) - Change to sth like this or this ? ( This fits the music much better. Try not to put unnecessary notes in calm parts )

Overall nice. Hitsounds could be a bit repetitive but they at least fit well ~

Maybe the soft part contains some unnecessary notes. Others seem fine :3

The use of harder 2-plets and some complex 3-plets could be really hard for a muzu diff. You may consider using dd / kk for 2-plets, and ddd / kkk / ddk / kkd to simply the diff. One example is here ( I guess you know how to fix the remaining ones. PM me if you need help )

00:13:354 ( 2,1,1 ) - This part sounds empty as significant music beats can be heard. Consider sth like 00:08:050 ( 1,2,1,1,1 ) ?

00:34:401 ( 2 ~ 15 ) - The use of red-only notes doesn't seem to fit the other notes nearby ? Consider sth like this ?

01:34:229 ( 1 ) - Same as oni ( Add a green line to end the kiai ? )

This is definitely not kantan. We don't use 1/2s with patterns in kantan as it is the easiest diff among the 4 diffs ( Although currently a real "Kantan" is missing ). Just rename this to "Taiko Futsuu"

Currently SV 1 seems to make the 1/2 notes clustered. SV 1.2 might be a better solution ~

OD -1, HP -1 ? OD 4 & HP 4 could be harsh for newbies ~

00:01:753 ( 1 ) - It's odd that you added a k here, but not in Muzu diff. Maybe you'll want to reverse this ~

00:16:005 ( 1 ) - It's better not to include a slowdown for this note. Move the x0.85 backwards for 1 combo ~

00:59:757 ( 1 ) - It's better to use x1 for this section. x0.9 seems unnecessarily misleading for newbies ~

[Futsuu]
- At the beginning the D D is potentially too hard for this diff
- It has a big difficulty gap with Muzu considering Muzu has qutie a lot of duplets
- To make it even easier remove the SV variation.

That's all. In general good in quality though you can produce more variation next time.
