I was looking around the beatmap listings, and some taiko charts I have are really fun to play. Things like Seasons of Asia, Ancient Temple, Gangam Style, etc really stood out to me. Do you guys know of any other fun maps for taiko players?

Lepidon maps are generally really good.
Climbb often uses simple patterns to great effect, so if you like the simplicity of maps like Seasons of Asia you should like his diffs as well.
And personally, I simply love samiljul's maps ("31's Taiko").
Those are three mappers I suggest looking into, giving specific map recommendations would be a bit more difficult since I really don't know much about your preferences.

Tons. Most are unranked at the moment.
I'm a mapper, there's also Firce777, MMzz, Backfire, Nyan, Lepidon, and many others with tons of well-made unsubmitted maps.
If you're looking for ranked then you'll just have to be patient and weed them out as they come.

Problem with unsubmitted maps is that most (not all but a huge majority) are really hard, and judging from Mithost's profile he wouldn't be able to play them at all

I've heard a thousand times that there was a hidden utopia of unranked maps ready to be downloaded but the only part I found was lepi's skydrive. I made this thread hoping to get a location to such unranked maps. Sure telling me about good mappers will help a bit, but most of the time I have to rummage through a ton of unfinished/extremely difficult maps and stuff that really eat at my 40 GB a month (20 GB because I have to share :<) bandwith limit.
Know of any maps that you personally enjoyed? Ones you play daily for the fun?
