How to increase my pp?

Hey guys, maybe i'm still newbie in Osu, but now I'm on rank pp 33k for Osu! std & 11k for CTB. I'm just exercise for play hard in osu! std, and insane in CTB, I get better rank in osu! std and CTB, but I can't use mod for hard osu! std and CTB. Why my pp doesn't increase in 2 days? Can you guys give me a tips so I can increase my pp? I'm play osu! std with mouse.

just gotta rank decent (above rank #500) on individual maps, so just keep playing and aim for higher scores

When I'm play old beatmap, there is a effect with my pp? Even i'm on rank above #500?
