The purpose:
Prevent uploading same avatar(already uploaded once or more) so we can save bandwitch of osu! avatar server.
How to: Add "Uploaded Avatar List" in "Edit avatar" page.
In the list, you can pick one of your avatar that you already uploaded in osu! forum.
If the user has too many avatars, we could make the list to show 20 or 25 per page.
