Hmm... I listened to the music over and over for 45mins here orz ._. - Finally found a timing problem that bugged me...
First offset is 116 (-5ms, confirmed with WVS) and you need a new timing section on 01:40:494 (yes, this is why the ending sounds off / very early...)

[Hard]About Kiai, I've checked and asked around, I found it's in guideline plus some MAT also fine with it (it has been bubbled 2x previously anyway :3) yep. ^^ I hope it's okay now.

I also resnapped all the inherited lines in the second timing in ALL Diffs by decreasing 1 on every offset so I guess it's all fine now. XD
