- end the kiai at 01:31:757 - like the rest of the diffs? Sounds like this is where the song transits from the stressing pace to a relaxed ones.
- use SV 1.4 by default.

00:05:848 - there's only one musical note in this 5-plet but the d->k switch isn't fitting it. Try kkddd?
00:10:757 - dkk since this is a semitone raise and dkk sounds "higher" than ddk?
01:00:393 - to show the downgoing melody ddkdk?
01:09:939 - finish like before?
01:43:757 - if you listen carefully it sounds more like x xxx, consider the melodic change use ddddk (1/8)?

sounds nice. In overall you might want to make them a bit softer, like N70%.

I placed it in the center so players can easily hit it right after they spin. Also it's a 1/1 of a 110BPM, i really think it's fine.
00:28:211 (3) - Finish on this slider's tail k
00:30:121 (3) - 2 grid up to keep consistency with 00:29:030 (1) moved 1 grid up and moved (1) a grid down.
00:45:666 (5) - Remove circle and use distance snap with 00:45:939 (1) no. :<

If you ask me, currently BPM is low and SV is 1.6 so it won't be so hard to see and deal with. (Though personally I prefer raising basic SV till 1.8 if you use such thing... Let's talk about this more if this becomes a problem.)
00:40:211 (160) / 00:41:302 (165) - 160 to don or 165 to kat, to avoid exact repeat of patterns?
00:45:393 (182) - How about don here? I think it would be better to stress out kat in 183 and also, it would be better than mere k k k k.
00:46:757 (188) - Let's differentiate 00:45:939 (184,185,186,187,188) and 00:47:030 (189,190,191,192,193), so how about don here?
01:00:393 (246,247,248,249,250,251,252) - There isn't considereable sound in 251 so personally I don't think this is good, delete 251?
01:02:848 (259,260) - If you follow pitch of sound, 'd k' would be better.
01:09:121 (289,290,291) - I prefer 'kkd' here. You used 'kdk' for some parts like 01:02:302 (256,257,258), 01:06:393 (277,278,279), so I think it would be spare some 'kdk' to stress them out.
01:16:211 (325,326,327) - Delete 325, don for 326, kat for 327? Try 01:16:757 (328) to don too, if you applied this.
01:21:121 (346) - Delete this? There isn't any piano sound, unlike previous measures, and I think this is a good way to express that.

01:29:302 (381) - This to 01:29:439?

Some big notes in the end of stream can cause problem, ask some more Taiko mappers & modders about this. If general opinion is possitive, that wouldn't be a big problem.

Hmm... I listened to the music over and over for 45mins here orz ._. - Finally found a timing problem that bugged me...

First offset is 116 (-5ms, confirmed with WVS) and you need a new timing section on 01:40:494 (yes, this is why the ending sounds off / very early...)

Sorry Philippines, have to pop the bubble for now >_<

EDIT : ...why don't you put the short kiai on Normal also :3

I also resnapped all the inherited lines in the second timing in ALL Diffs by decreasing 1 on every offset so I guess it's all fine now. XD
