I just made a skin and when i press on a note it doesnt instantly dissapear it slowly fades away is there a way to disable this ?

That is done by placing the whole hitcircle on the number sprites (the ones that start with "default"), because these fade out faster than all other hitcircle parts. Also note that the numbers get downscaled by 0.8x and that this only works if you're using skin.ini Version 2.0 or higher (preferably 2.5).
