I just want to say this.

Notice tag is popular for these days, but why we have to enter in hand instead of clicking button?

[Added] Example for who don't know what the notice tag is:

If you write this code in the post,
```
[notice]text[/notice]
```
you can get this simple message box.

i have no idea what it is your requesting sorry x.x
ifs its a way to keep an eye on certain topics then you can bookmark and subscribe to topics at the top left just above the votes obtained

I'm talking about

the tag that makes this normal white box

and not about bookmarking/subscribing topic.

he wants a bbcode button for the Notice bbcode instead of having to type it by hand, from what i understand.
