Seeing as lots of pointless spam floods #osu every time asking peppy to do this or that, was thinking there should be a note that can be set by BAT/MAT/admins in general to notify people who go ask one after another the same thing without reading anything previously said in #osu about the current situation/problem.
The note would overlay an area of the chat(not sure exactly where), but would be distinctively visible and noticeable enough for people to read before asking/complaining.
