Is there an uploading beatmap limit? I haven't published any beatmap, so I don't know is there is a limit an I haven't found anything.

The base pending limit is four, but you can increase it by getting your maps ranked or buying supporter. The limit only applies to pending maps, so even if you fill all four slots right away, you can just wait for the maps to be graveyarded (a month from the last time you updated the map) and then you can upload more.
