The best way I would be able to describe it would be as being able to type in a range of ranks for example 50k-100k and see the top 50 plays for that map within those ranks instead of seeing the best globally, with this you can narrow it down to see what people who are ranked similar to yourself are achieving on the map. This would just be something to compare yourself as others. It could be more specified than this, this is just a rough idea I had.
