Hitsound Question

So I downloaded the Skin from Cookiezi that he is using right now.
But he has different hitsounds than the skin you can download from his Skin Website.
Why is that, and how do I change it?

You will need to search those hitsounds in the internet if you want xD
He probably (even ofcourse) changed hitsounds for his personal feeling.
His "current" skin isn't just always uploaded!!!
