They seem to be on par to me, get whatever's cheapest.
i use veikks640 and it's good because it's cheap
PROS:
-Low latency
-passive pen (battery-less)
That's all i could say tbh
CONS:
-lightweight (this is subjective)
-If you grip like how you would grip a normal pen, you might press the buttons alot
which might lag the cursor (maybe only me)
imo it's a good tablet, because it's my ONLY tablet

Im the opposite of lichXDO9O6 since I only have the g640.
It works pretty well and it doesn't feel too cheap despite the price, high report rate.
Only downside for me is the pen, its quite slippery so you might want to use a rubber band or something.

What did you end up getting? I got a Veikk s640 about a week ago and I haven't really had problems except it misclicks even though the buttons are disabled resulting in a slight drag of the cursor

I've had the same thoughts but in the end I didnt really care and bought a Wacom cth480 xd
