My goal right now with osu is to improve my PP ranking as much as possible.
I went on the wiki and it said that to improve my pp ranking i should improve my accuracy "even 1% difference can help light-years!", but the wiki also said that "A user's overall accuracy is just the average of all his/her's beatmap specific accuracies". So if I have hundreds of low-accuracy plays then it will take too long to improve my accuracy.
my accuracy right now is 87.27% which is pretty low, i've been around 87 for a while now, though on multiplayer I'm better than most of the 90% accuracy players I see.
I've been playing this game on and off since 2009, my skill has improved so much since back then, but old scores (and several failed attempts at insane stream maps) are affecting my current average. So, shouldn't accuracy be a moving average instead of an overall average? And also maybe give harder maps a more extreme affect on your accuracy (less effect if low acc, more effect if high acc)
Or is this already in place and the wiki doesn't have this information
