Good on you for posting here when unsure of timing - saves a lot of hassle with resnapping etc later on! Also great to see some more Nobuo here 
The BPM I have found is 177.70. Offset is adjusted to 33105, although I recommend you make this much smaller (corresponding to an earlier point in the song) if you want to add notes before the timing point. If you're planning to start your map at 33 seconds, that's fine though!

Thanks! That's exactly when I was planning on starting, the beginning just doesn't feel like part of the rest of the song.
Edit: Looks like that offset was about 40 milliseconds off, but it's not much of a problem, thanks again for helping.
