Why do you even set a distancesnap if you don't use it like 80% of the time? This is (supposed) to be a Hard, so please stick to your regular distancesnap most of the time (some exceptions are ok). I totally got no idea what this map aims for, it got parts of symmetry mapping, minor flow and a lot of randomness. Instead of doing a regular mod, I will try to give you some generall ideas for what you should keep in mind while mapping.
Turn off gridsnap to get a consistant spacing. DS just to help mapping consistent spacing, so not really use it. some ranked hard diff have many jump patterns (I can point it up if u ask) so it's not really problem, besides it's still readble and flows good.
00:06:106 (3,4,5) - Only use customstacks if there is a valid reason to do so. better than spread them
00:16:522 (1,2,3) - Try to avoid random distancesnaps like this. It might look neat, but you have to guess the timing or stare at the approachcircles like mad to get the exact timing. Generally, even if there are jumps, the beat of a note should always come clear while playing, so I know which note I have to play at which time while playing the map for the first time. still readble, pattern from end of one slider to another one still pretty clear
00:20:689 (1,2) - The jump is too huge for what happens in the music. reduce some
00:21:731 - you miss a note here. k
00:31:939 (1,2,3,4,1) - again, this timing is not readable at first try. waiting for another opnion
00:48:606 (5,6) - copy, paste and rotate (5) for a fitting shape for (6). don't see point to change this, it's funnier with different shape

Vol. is at 75% at the beginning, then 55%? I really see no sense in having it louder earlier and in the kiai again, an overall vol. of 55~60% is fine. use 60%
00:11:939 (1,2,3) - it's not usually futsuu-ish, but since the bpm are quiet low it should work quiet fine. However, I would definitly ask others about this patterns again. see ranked diff with this kind of pattern, imo not really problem
00:14:439 (1,2,3,4) - this sounds really boring and not really fitting, (2,4) as dons fits much better. k

00:46:939 (2,3) - both sliders are unsnapped, remove them and add new ones that are 2/1 long: maybe it's because u change it to SV 1.2, don't see any unsnapped sliders
The kiaipart is totally overmapped for a futsuu ><. not really, beside overmap is describe for mapping that not following any music
Please stick to triples mainly here, since doubles "break up" the regular rhythm. hm... pretty boring imo D:
