(probably) hardest ranked map: https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/797710#taiko/1675265 (see this thread: https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/747516 ) also the highest acc play has the lowest acc i know, like scattered faith (the map below) has a near 95% acc play even though it's rather new, new game's highest acc is 88%

Depends on what you mean as the "final boss". If you mean a somewhat doable milestone where you can really consider yourself a pro - it's Galaxy Collapse, extremely hard to FC because of fast stamina-intensive patterns. If you mean "hardest ranked map", it's Scattered Faith and New Game Plus (hard to rate the 2 because they both have simple but stupidly fast patterns).
Final boss is being able to Fc a 4* star map which will make you qualified to flex on normies
