I have never been able to get to replying to messages early in the new osu! website chat system because i cant tell when someone sends me a message. This is causing me to really send wrong signals(reaallly late replies) to people who message me and don't get a reply for days because I never checked the chat system.
I acknowledge that theres a inbox icon in the nrew website but the thing is that only apparently shows notifications for forum messages only. I am only specifically talking about the chat system hidden in the community tab.
I and several other people would probably really appreciate this idea for notifications of any sort to be implemented eventually so i can use the new chat system more often.
