Option to automatically save all logs from PMs [added]

I tend to forget to save manually when it's *important*..

I actually don't think that this is a duplicate (for once).

I agree with this and expect it after having 90% of my private messages on irc.

I'd like more of a real-time save chatlog like mIRC but being able to disable it for specific channels, in addition to this of course.

There have been a lot of times when somebody crashes or some other computer problem happens and osu closes before given the opportunity to savelog. This would be very useful in event of client crashes, yes.

omg yes for sure. sometimes i chat with a friend and i end up crashing, and that makes me wonder if the person i'm talking to replied or not. you got my support :)

Agreeing with this. I tend to have those moments where the client crashes and it's just like "Pfft, I forgot what x said to me" and it's something rather important.

I love having this function on stand-alone IRC clients, and I think it would be a good feature to have - support.

i'll look into implementing this sometime in the future after i am done with the localisation changes - it will likely only be for private chat sessions and not for main channels, however

i got lazy and decided to do this before localising it and finished the entire feature in about 10 minutes

expect it to appear in a test build relatively soon (it is effectively complete)!
