I'm looking for some decent supernatural/psychological genres anime. Something among the lines of Death Note, Higurashi, Mirai Nikki, or Madoka Magica, but avoiding horror genre like Elfen Lied and Gantz.

I want a series with Symbolism+Allusions+Well-thought Plot. So that does not include Evangelion.

dont forget to watch OVAs, also both anime take place in same universe. You can see Baccano references in Durarara, plus there were 2 characters from Baccano (Isaac Miria)

Also it is clear that you don't like tsundere characters or "not being in a relationship" thing. You don't want romantic comedy but a romance instead? You want characters to confess each other quickly and see them having a relationship. As I another suggested, Sukitte Ii Na yo is about a couple. At first episode they kiss, at second they start going out (or 3) and then we see their everyday life. Sometimes they fight, sometimes they just hug and stay silent for a while.
