Well you should try the ones I suggested ;-; I am sure you will love Ef series. Animation, voice acting, love stories, openings endings are great. One of the best romance anime imo.

Also it is clear that you don't like tsundere characters or "not being in a relationship" thing. You don't want romantic comedy but a romance instead? You want characters to confess each other quickly and see them having a relationship. As I another suggested, Sukitte Ii Na yo is about a couple. At first episode they kiss, at second they start going out (or 3) and then we see their everyday life. Sometimes they fight, sometimes they just hug and stay silent for a while.
