Ranking issues

Is a map unrankable if it has 2 or more mp3 tracks in the folder (if each track represents a different diff)?

You need to ask for permission with valid reasons as to why you would use different mp3s.

Nope, but is rankable use 2 or 3 mp3 in the same folder/beatmap, obviously as Sakura said, with a valid reason.

I just bring a map that was ranked with that exception.

No, you pointed at that map saying that "since this has more than 1 mp3, your map can, also".

I see so i guess my next question would be who do i go about asking permission.
My reason is. the first three diffs i used are a remix and intrumental version of the song while the last diff in the original lyrical version which i added as a special tribute to the original artist and the game idolmaster

That map had their own reason that was brought up and validated, another map being ranked isn't a valid reason.

i don't follow you, you mean like a whole new map, wouldn't that kind of defeat the purpose of what i was trying to do

She's trying to say you should make two different mapsets with your respective mp3 files.

v2b follows the pattern of difficulty from Pop'n Music which is this song come from.

neu is one of the few songs in pop'n music which has 3 different versions
