You are doing something wrong /me run
Your offset is completly wrong. Bpm is also wrong, but close. This cause you to place object on the wrong ticks. Usually, if you start mapping mainly on blue ticks instead of whites and reds, question your timings. This is why timing is so important.
Bpm sound like it is 191. Your current offset is way too early : your first object is 1/4 of a beat away from the start of the mesure, usually a bad sign. Quickly, sounds more like 19052.
