Well it's good you have discovered that Osu has forums! Congrats!
If you want to have friends, start to interact with other players. Share your game play, your achievements are anything else you want to share. It's a good thing to be active sometimes talking to others. It makes you an inch away from saltiness.

Also, please read the forum rules before posting stuff...
