all 300s fill full hp bar in HP10
all 100s fill full hp bar in HP0
but the decrease of hp is same
so if there are two same HP map, the one is 200 notes, other one is 4000 notes,
there is 20 times of difficulty gap
so i think the amount of decrease of hp must be adjusted
for example, in HP n,the misses of f(n) * 5% of whole notes decrease hp 100%
f(n) is function and it can be just 11-n or (11-n)^(1/2) or anything
if f(n)=11-n,
in HP5 1000notes map, per 1 miss it decrease 0.33%
and for player can be pass, at least they get misses less 150
