The base skin used is Nexus: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=55948
And I used lots of different skin pieces, the only 2 skins I'm aware of that I used is Boat's skin and DJMax Osuka v1.1
I don't know other owners of the other skins included

I think I already saw some elements by an older skin.

Yep, as I said, I don't have a clue what all parts is from. Just the few I mentioned.

As far as permissions go, mine are fine, but xaio merely states that you are allowed to use them in your maps. Although if to judge from other cases, he doesn't seem to care all to much about who and how you use his elements. But in any case, at the very least try figuring out who the people who made all of those skin elements are and ask for their permission to use them, or at the very least give credits for it.

I've seen the spinner in this map http://osu.ppy.sh/b/131494 , so feel free to ask LKs who made it.
