What's wrong with this skin? :/

So I've been using this skin and everything was ok. I got an older monitor and my skin bugged or something.

I tried to switch from stable to experimental etc. Nothing happened. Any ideas?

That skin might be HD only, meaning that it only has @2x elements with no standard equivalent.
